Freight and Packing
All prices are FOB Sao Paulo Brazil, so the freight is not included in the prices attached, to know the freight costs will be necessary to first see the volume, weight and transport way (sea or air) of each order, but the client doesn’t have to worry about those procedures because It’s all done by Beauty Brazil and presented to the client before completing the order.
For purchase under 200 kg, we find very convenient and simple to use curriers, such as DHL and FEDEX. In those cases the freight can be charged either in Beauty Brazil Account our direct in the clients account, according to the clients preferences.
For a full container order we can do a quotation with our logistic department and show the to the client the best prices, and the client can also indicate a freight forwarder of it’s preference, for us to quote.
All products are delivered with an appropriate packing specific to our different products,that guarantees the integrity of the products according to the international conventions of packing specifications.
Delivery time
The delivering time will depend on the products selection and on our stocks, but it usually takes between 5 to 15 day for smaller orders, and about 25 days for larger orders. But before each order confirmation the client is informed with the precisely delivering time for the order.
If the client chose to receive the products by a currier the traveling time is approximately 5 days to Europe, 3 days to North and South America and 7 days to Asia, Africa and Other countries.
Payment
The payments can be done by swift transfer or letter of credit. For payments under U$ 5.000,00 we suggest the swift transfer due to the high bank expenses.
In the first orders and for payments under U$ 5.000,00 we work with payment in advanced, and as the business relationship develops we are open to discuss different ways of payments and credit.
Catalog and Samples
Due to our big variety of collections with it’s seasonality in different countries that we work with, we decided to work only with the electronic catalog that constantly up to dated with our products, releases and news. Our clients are able to see all our collection in our website.
We consider the first order as a sample order, so for that reason we give the 40 % discount for smaller amounts providing to our clients the minimum possible cost
How to Order
The orders can be done by a client’s selection on its own list, pointing product codes, quantity and colors. But to avoid codes mistakes and to facilitate for the client we have designed a list that contains all necessary camps to be filled and we suggest proceeding according to the following steps below:
1. Open the price list according to the desired product
2. Save the price list with a different Name, Keep the product reference and include the clients name and date to facilitate the identification.
3. Define the quantities - All of our price lists contains a quantity column that should be filled in with the desired quantity.
4. Define colors or prints – For most of our lines we have different colors and prints available in the web catalog for each model. It’s also available in the price lists a column to be filled in with the codes of the desired stamps
5. Define Sizes - As for the colors the sizes should be defined in the specific column.
6. Save the list and send it back by e-mail.
After we receive the order we confirm the delivery time and send the commercial invoice with the total costs including freight for approval.
Guarantee
All products passes trough two inspection and quality verification the first at the manufacture and the second at the delivery time and they are all quality guaranteed. In cases of any defects found in our products we will immediately substitute the product on our own costs.
